From the moment I called them, I felt confident they knew what they were doing. Super polite on the phone and got me scheduled quickly. The tech showed up on time, which is rare these days! He got right to work on my thermostat and explained what was going on. Honestly, I didn’t understand all the tech stuff, but he broke it down so it made sense. Barely took him any time to get it sorted, and since then, everything's been working like a charm. Fair pricing too. I was kinda worried they’d try to sell me something I didn’t need, but nope, just the repair and I was good to go.
